Instructions for camera-ready submission:
When preparing the camera-ready papers, please follow the rules below:

Step 1: Camera-ready papers should NOT have page numbers. All numbering will be done by the publisher. All submissions must be formatted to US Letter page size.

Step 2: Submissions should be identifiable through a filename convention: please use “NSysS16_conf_paperType_XXX.pdf", where ‘paperType’ should be replaced by Full, Short or PosterAndDemo, and XXX is the paper number assigned to your submission by Easychair (e.g.: "NSysS16_conf_full_045.pdf").

Step 3: The page limits are strict and final. Full papers: 9 pages, short papers, posters and demos: 6 pages.

Step 4: Before creating a PDF, please add the copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your paper.

For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright.

For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-5090-0203-0/16/$31.00 ©2016 Crown

For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-5090-0203-0/16/$31.00 ©2016 European Union

For all other papers the copyright notice is: 978-1-5090-0203-0/16/$31.00 ©2016 IEEE

Step 5: Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision. Camera-ready papers must be in PDF format and have passed through the IEEE PDF eXpress to ensure compliance to the IEEE Xplore format. Please go to the IEEE PDF eXpress site at
http://www.pdf-express.org/ and log in with your existing account. If you do not have an account, then open one by following the link "New Users - Click Here". You will need the Conference ID which is "37508XP". Then submit your paper, to get feedback about its compliance with IEEE Xplore. If not compliant, address the comments on the feedback, and retry until you have produced compliant document.

Step 6: Download the IEEE Copyright Form from
http://www.ieee.org/documents/ieeecopyrightform.pdf. Return the completed and signed form, renamed as “NSysS16_conf_paperType_XXX_copyrightform.pdf. (e.g. "NSysS16_conf_full_045_copyrightform.pdf").

Step 7: Submit the final version of your paper by sending an email to the publication chair, but *ONLY AFTER* it has passed IEEE PDF eXpress to ensure compliance. The IEEE copyright form should also be sent in the same email. Report the correct order of authors and authors' affiliations in the body of the email. The reported order will be used for the program brochure, the conference web site, etc. The subject of the mail should be "Research full paper xxx" or "Research short paper xxx" or "Research poster and demo xxx ", replacing xxx with your paper number in Easychair. The body should contain:
        Paper Title:
        Paper Number in EasyChair:
First author's name: (as you wish it to appear on all conference documents)
        First author's affiliation:
        Second author's name:
        Second author's affiliation:
        ...

NOTE: At least one author per paper must register for the conference for the paper to be included in the proceedings. Papers which are not presented by any author at the conference will be removed from the proceedings in IEEE Xplore. For more information on registration, please visit the Regiatration page.
