The program committee of NSysS 2017 cordially invites undergraduate and graduate students to participate in a Students’ Poster Session and to showcase their current research, ongoing projects and similar items related to the conference theme and scope. The best two posters, selected by a jury board nominated by the Organizing Committee, will be awarded.

Prospective participants (at least the first author must be a student) are requested to submit a poster via email (please see below for details) as per the attached template (.pdf and .pptx) by November 26, 2017. Submitted posters will be reviewed, and upon acceptance and corresponding registration, the posters will be presented during the conference. Selected posters will be invited to be displayed in printed portrait A0 size prescribed format during the conference. Note that no content related to the accepted posters will appear in the conference proceedings, and thus, the contents are free to be submitted later to any other event.

Please submit/send your poster to the following e-mail addresses as an attachment (in .pdf format): nsyss@cse.buet.ac.bd and razi_bd@yahoo.com. The subject of the e-mail has to be “Student poster submission for 4th NSysS 2017”. File size of the poster draft must not exceed 10 MB.

Notification of acceptance: December 01, 2017
Deadline for early registration: December 10, 2017

Champion Student Poster: 100 USD and a certificate
Runner-up Student Poster: 50 USD and a certificate

Discounted and will cover attendance in all technical events, refreshments, and banquet.
Up to December 10, 2017: 1000 BDT for local authors and 25 USD for foreign authors
After December 10, 2017: 1500 BDT for local authors and 40 USD for foreign authors
