Call for Students' Posters

The program committee of 7th NSysS 2020 cordially invites undergraduate and graduate students to participate in a Students’ Posters Session and to showcase their current research, ongoing projects, and similar items related to the conference theme and scope. The best two posters, selected by a jury board nominated by the Conference Committee, will be awarded.

Prospective participants (at least the first author must be a student) are requested to submit 1 or 2 pages extended abstract (in IEEE 2-column format) and a poster slide (as per the attached template (.pdf and .pptx)  via email by October 21, 2020 October 28, 2020 (extended) November 11, 2020 (final). Submitted posters will be reviewed, and upon acceptance and corresponding registration, the posters will be presented during the conference. Each of the selected posters will also be allotted a 3-minute (exactly 3 minutes) slot for an oral enlightening presentation in a session. During the presentation, only the soft content of the submitted poster can be projected through a projector.

Note that no content related to the accepted posters will appear in the conference proceedings, and thus, the contents are free to be submitted later to any other venue.

Please submit/send your poster to the following e-mail addresses as an attachment (in .pdf format): nsyss@cse.buet.ac.bd, madhusudan.buet@gmail.com, and samsul.arifin.dulon@gmail.com. The subject of the e-mail has to be “Student’s poster submission for 7th NSysS 2020”. File size of the poster draft must not exceed 10 MB.
