Notice Regarding Thesis Poster Presentation:

Final session of Thesis Poster Presentation is going to be held on February 23 (Tuesday), 2016. Everyone should email their thesis poster according to the following rules:

Deadline of poster submission: 11:55 pm, February 16 (Tuesday).

Both PORTRAIT and LANDSCAPE formats are allowed, templates have been attached for your convenience. (download landscape.ppt Research_Poster_24_x_36_CSE_BUET_Portrait.ppt)


There should be ***NO Supervisor’s name and acknowledgements*** in the poster.

From each group, one student will email their thesis poster to this address: saquib2527@gmail.com and will cc to the supervisor and other authors / group partners (if any).

Email subject: Thesis_Poster_[Thesis Title]_[ID 1]_[ID 2] (Add more author ID in way if exists).

File format: .pdf / .ai is preferred.
File name: [ID 1]_[ID 2] (Add more author ID in similar way if exists).

Venue and timing of the event will be announced soon.
