Siddhartha  Shankar Das is  a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), Dhaka. He completed his B.Sc. Engineering in CSE from BUET in 2014 and currently a part-time M.Sc. student in the same university.

 His research interest lies with problems in the intersection domain of  Computer Vision and  Natural Language Processing, Evolutionary Algorithms for Optimization Problems and their formulation to Distributed Systems.
