Md Zim Mim Siddiqee Sowdha earned his B.Sc. (Engineering) in Computer Science and Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), following his early education at Notre Dame College and Government Laboratory High School in Dhaka.

His undergraduate research focused heavily on bioinformatics, with a specialized emphasis on single-cell tumor phylogeny. His broader academic and research interests span theoretical computer science, cyber security, graph theory, and machine learning.

Alongside his academic pursuits, he has been an active participant in national-level olympiads, quizzing, and debating. His major extracurricular achievements include a Bronze Medal in the Global e-Competition on Astronomy and Astrophysics (Online IOAA) 2020, a Bronze Medal in the Iranian Combinatorics Olympiad 2021, and 1st position in the National Undergraduate Math Olympiad 2024.
