Our researchers push the boundaries of bioinformatics across various domains, specifically phylogenomics, phylogenetic analysis, gene and species tree estimation, protein sequence and structure learning, protein-protein interactions and protein-drug interactions prediction, spatial transcriptomics, genome-wide association studies (GWAS), RNA-sequence analysis, genome assembly, multi-sequence alignment, predictive disease diagnosis and medicine recommendation.
